Cavendish is one of the prettiest villages in Suffolk situated on the A1092 in the lovely Stour valley between two other beautiful Suffolk towns of Clare and Long Melford.

The Village is famous for its picturesque green,thatched cottages and backdrop of St.Mary's Church. In all a quintessential English village scene.

There is a lively community, with many clubs and activities running throughout the year. Including Badminton,Football,

Bowls,Cricket, Brownies, Historical Society, Horticultural Society, Womens Institute etc.
